Melrose Avenue Label is operated by Noire Eagle LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit melroseavenuelabel.com or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

Information we collect

You give us directly: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, order details, and any correspondence you send us. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processors and are never stored on our systems.

Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, time spent on the site, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

From third parties: order and fulfillment status from our shipping partners, fraud and risk signals from our payment processors, and aggregated advertising and analytics data from platforms such as Meta and Google.

Why we use it

We use your personal information to process and ship your orders, communicate with you about your order, handle returns and customer service, prevent fraud and abuse, improve our products and website, comply with legal obligations, and, where you have not opted out, to send marketing communications and show you relevant advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including our e-commerce platform, payment processors, fulfillment and shipping partners, email and customer service tools, and analytics and advertising providers. We also share information where required by law, in response to lawful requests from public authorities, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We do share certain identifiers and online activity data with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google for cross context behavioral advertising. Under California law this activity is treated as "sharing", and you have the right to opt out. See the California section below.

Advertising and analytics

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel and Google Analytics, to understand how our site is used and to show you advertising on other platforms. You can control this through the cookie banner on our site and through the opt out mechanisms described in our Cookie Policy.

Marketing emails

If you sign up for our emails or place an order, we may send you marketing messages. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email support@melroseavenuelabel.com to be removed. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about orders you have placed.

Data retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here and to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations, generally at least seven years. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is kept in line with the retention settings of the relevant provider.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the following rights:

Right to know what personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
Right to access a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information, including for cross context behavioral advertising.
Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring this option.
Right to non discrimination. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your rights.

Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months: identifiers, customer records information, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, approximate geolocation data, and inferences drawn from the above.

To exercise your rights, email support@melroseavenuelabel.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request" or call +1 307 400 2186. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against our records, typically your email address and recent order details. We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need an extension.

Authorized agents may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Opt out of sharing: use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer, or set the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honor as a valid opt out request.

Other state privacy rights

Residents of states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and Oregon have comparable rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising, and to appeal a denied request. Use the same contact route above and tell us which state you reside in.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the website.
